The Joys of Property Management

Over the weekend Sydney had over 100 mm of rain. Lydia Merrill, principal of Ray White Beecroft, was driving home on Friday night from the Edinburgh Tattoo at Sydney Football Stadium when the rain started, and she knew there would be problems! Sure enough the calls started early Saturday and continued remorselessly through the weekend. By Monday 19 of the properties under management by Ray White Beecroft had phoned in to report serious flooding problems!
